Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Health Privacy From Global Bureaucrats Act.
(a) Prohibited releases
The Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of the Treasury shall take such actions as may be necessary to prohibit the release of data described in subsection (b) to the World Health Organization or a foreign government.
(b) Covered data
The data described in this subsection is taxpayer, patient, and vaccine data that is under the control of the Secretary concerned.
