Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the No Foreign Election Partnership Act.
(a) In general
No election agency of the Federal Government may enter into any agreement with an international organization that involves data sharing or such international organization holding an advisory role with the election agency.
(b) Election agency of the Federal Government defined
In this section, the term election agency of the Federal Government means the Federal Election Commission, the Election Assistance Commission, or any other entity of the Federal Government responsible for the administration of elections for Federal office.
(c) Effective date
This section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
