Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Providing Radiation Exposed Servicemembers Undisputed Medical Eligibility Act or the PRESUME Act.
Section 2. Prohibition of requirement of evidence of a certain dose of radiation to determine that a veteran is a radiation-exposed veteran
Section 1112(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:
(5) The Secretary may not require evidence of a certain dose of radiation to determine that a veteran is a radiation-exposed veteran.
