Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Satellite-Based Agricultural Data Act.
Section 2. Inclusion of commercial weather as AFRI priority area
Subsection (b)(2)(E)(iii) of the Competitive, Special, and Facilities Research Grant Act (7 U.S.C. 3157(b)(2)(E)(iii)) is amended by inserting, including through the use of data and tools available from commercial weather services after mitigation measures.
