Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Repair Abuses of MSP Payments Act or the RAMP Act.
Section 2. Private cause of action for damages in the case of a group health plan which fails to provide for primary payment or appropriate reimbursement
Section 1862(b)(3)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395y(b)(3)(A)) is amended by striking primary plan and inserting group health plan (as defined in paragraph (1)(A)(v)).
