Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Extend the TikTok Deadline Act.
Section 2. Extension of deadline
Section 2(a)(2)(A) of the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act (15 U.S.C. 9901 note; division H of Public Law 118–50) is amended by striking 270 days and inserting 540 days.
