Healthy Food Financing Initiative Reauthorization Act of 2025 — Full text

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Healthy Food Financing Initiative Reauthorization Act of 2025.

Section 243(d) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 6953(d)) is amended to read as follows:

Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section—

(1) $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2026

(2) $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2027;

(3) $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2028;

(4) $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; and

(5) $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2030 and each fiscal year thereafter.
