Healthy Start Reauthorization Act of 2025 — Full text

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Healthy Start Reauthorization Act of 2025.

Section 330H(e)(1) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c–8(e)(1)) is amended—

(1) by striking appropriated and inserting the following:

(1) appropriated—

(2) in subparagraph (A), as so inserted, by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and

(3) by adding at the end the following:

(B) $145,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.
