Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the No Censors on our Shores Act of 2025.

(a) Inadmissibility

Section 212(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(2)) is amended by adding at the end the following:

(J) Censorship

Any alien who, while serving as a government official of any foreign government, was responsible for or directly carried out, at any time, the commission of any act against a United States citizen located in the United States that, if committed by a government official of the United States in the United States, would violate the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, is inadmissible.

(b) Deportability

Section 237(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(2)) is amended by adding at the end the following:

(G) Censorship

Any alien who, while serving as a government official of any foreign government, was responsible for or directly carried out, at any time, the commission of any act against a United States citizen located in the United States that, if committed by a government official of the United States in the United States, would violate the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, is deportable.
