Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Foreign Propaganda Disclosure Act.

Section 2. Inclusion of social media influencers

Section 1 of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended (22 U.S.C. 611) is amended—

(1) in subsection (h), by inserting a social media influencer or after includes;

(2) in subsection (p), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and

(3) by adding at the end the following new subsections:

(r) The term social media influencer means any person who has a monetized social media account on any social media platform;

(s) The term social media platform has the meaning given such term defined in section 124 of the Trafficking Victims Prevention and Protection Reauthorization Act of 2022 (42 U.S.C. 1862w).
