CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Authorizing the use of the rotunda of the Capitol for the lying in state of the remains of Army Major Jeffrey R. O'Brien, Captain Cody A. Khork, Chief Warrant Officer 3 Robert M. Marzan, Sergeant First Class Noah L. Tietjens, Sergeant First Class Nicole M. Amor, Sergeant Declan J. Coady, and Sergeant Benjamin N. Pennington.

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That in recognition of Army Major Jeffrey R. O'Brien, Captain Cody A. Khork, Chief Warrant Officer 3 Robert M. Marzan, Sergeant First Class Noah L. Tietjens, Sergeant First Class Nicole M. Amor, Sergeant Declan J. Coady, and Sergeant Benjamin N. Pennington, who served with distinction in support of Operation Epic Fury, whose remains shall be permitted to lie in state in the rotunda of the Capitol on a date to be determined by the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Architect of the Capitol, under the direction of the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, shall take all necessary steps for the accomplishment of that purpose.
