JOINT RESOLUTION

Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the multiple agencies relating to "Partnerships With Faith-Based and Neighborhood Organizations".

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Department of Education, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Agriculture, the Agency for International Development, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Justice, the Department of Labor, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Health and Human Services relating to "Partnerships With Faith-Based and Neighborhood Organizations" (89 Fed. Reg. 15671 (March 4, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
