JOINT RESOLUTION

Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Office of Management and Budget relating to "Enhancing Transparency Through Use of the Investing in America Emblem on Signs".

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Office of Management and Budget relating to "Enhancing Transparency Through Use of the Investing in America Emblem on Signs" (CA-23-6, published on February 24, 2023, as a Controller Alert, and a letter of opinion from the Government Accountability Office dated August 29, 2024, printed in the Congressional record on September 9, 2024, on pages S5872-S5875, concluding that such Controller Alert is a rule under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
