Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Expansion Act.
(a) In general
Section 129(a)(2)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking $5,000 ($2,500 and inserting $7,500 ($3,750.
(b) Effective date
The amendment made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.
