A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, concerning restrictions on the participation of certain Federal employees in partisan political activity, and for other purposes.

(1) in subclause (XIII), by striking or at the end;

(2) in subclause (XIV), by striking or at the end; and

(3) by adding at the end the following:

(XV) any Office of Inspector General established under chapter 4; or

(XVI) any Office of Special Inspector General; or
