Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the MCLB Albany Innovation Act.

Section 2. Authorization of amounts for construction of a consolidated communication facility at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Georgia

There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Defense for fiscal year 2025 $64,100,000 for the construction of a consolidated communication facility at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Georgia.
