Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Preserving JROTC Programs Act of 2024.
Section 2. Number of enrolled students requirement for Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps unit participation
Section 2031(b)(1)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking or (ii) 100, whichever is less and inserting or (ii) 50, whichever is less.
