Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Georgia Stormwater Management Act.

Section 2. Columbus, Henry, and Clayton Counties, Georgia

Section 219(f) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 334; 136 Stat. 3808) is amended by adding at the end the following:

(406) Columbus, Henry, and Clayton Counties, Georgia

$10,000,000 for environmental infrastructure, including water and wastewater infrastructure (including stormwater management), Columbus, Henry, and Clayton Counties, Georgia.
