Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Future Farmers and Ranchers of Tomorrow Act of 2024.
Section 2. Eligibility for farm loans as a qualified beginning farmer or rancher
Section 343(a)(11) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1991(a)(11)) is amended—
(1) by striking subparagraph (C); and
(2) by redesignating subparagraphs (D) through (G) as subparagraphs (C) through (F), respectively.
