(1) In general

Section 403(b) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 (Public Law 110–261; 122 Stat. 2474) is amended, by striking April 19, 2024 each place the term appears and inserting May 17, 2024.

(2) Effective date

The amendments made by paragraph (1) shall take effect as if enacted on April 18, 2024.

(b) Technical and conforming amendment

Section 404(b)(1) of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 (Public Law 110–261; 122 Stat. 2476), is amended, in the heading, by striking April 19, 2024 and inserting May 17, 2024.
