This bill directs the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to implement the anti-fraud and abuse recommendations in the Government Accountability Office (GAO) report entitled Aviation: FAA Needs to Better Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Fraud and Abuse Risks in Aircraft Registration . (The March 25, 2020, GAO report includes 15 recommendations to the FAA, including that the FAA should collect and verify information on aircraft ownership.) The FAA must submit a report to Congress on the implementation of the recommendations.
