Section 1. Prohibiting the use of funds to waive certain sanctions with respect to Iran

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, none of the funds appropriated for fiscal year 2024 may be obligated or expended to make a determination or issue a waiver pursuant to—

(1) section 1245(d)(5) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (22 U.S.C. 8513a(d)(5)); or

(2) section 1244(i) or 1247(f) of the Iran Freedom and Counter-Proliferation Act of 2012 (22 U.S.C. 8803(i) and 8806(f)).
