Section 1. Prohibition on taking proposed actions

The Secretary of Agriculture shall not take the proposed actions described in the notice of the Forest Service entitled Land Management Plan Direction for Old-Growth Forest Conditions Across the National Forest System (88 Fed. Reg. 88042 (December 20, 2023)).
