(a) In general

Chapter 4 of title 9, United States Code, is amended—

(1) in the heading, by striking assault and sexual harassment and inserting assault, sexual harassment, and human trafficking;

(2) in section 401—

(A) by redesignating paragraphs (1) through (4) as paragraphs (2) through (5), respectively; and

(B) by inserting before paragraph (2), as so redesignated, the following:

(1) Human trafficking dispute

The term human trafficking dispute means a dispute relating to conduct prohibited by—

(A) chapter 77 of title 18; or

(B) Tribal or State laws prohibiting human trafficking.

(B) ; and

(3) in section 402(a)—

(A) by striking dispute or sexual assault dispute and inserting dispute, sexual assault dispute, or human trafficking dispute; and

(B) by striking dispute or the sexual harassment dispute and inserting dispute, sexual harassment dispute, or human trafficking dispute.

(b) Technical and conforming amendment

The table of chapters for title 9, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to chapter 4 and inserting the following:
