Recognizing the historical contributions and value of the Freedom House Ambulance Service.
This bill died when its Congress ended.
Bills don't carry over between Congresses. Without re-introduction in a new session, it cannot advance.
This resolution commends and recognizes the invaluable work and enduring legacy of the Freedom House Ambulance Service. The Freedom House Ambulance Service was (1) the first emergency medical service in the United States to be staffed by paramedics with medical training beyond basic first aid, (2) staffed entirely by Black men and women, and (3) founded to primarily serve the Hill District of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
