Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the No Guns for Illegal Aliens Act.
Section 2. Insufficiency of identification documents issued for an illegal alien in meeting the identification document requirement for acquiring a firearm from a Federal firearms licensee
Section 922(t)(1)(D) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting, other than an identification document issued for an alien (as defined in section 101(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a))) who has not been admitted (as so defined), before of the transferee containing.
