Section 1. Silver Sea Bream as acceptable market name

A food shall not be treated as misbranded, adulterated, or otherwise in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.) because the food is labeled or marketed using the name Silver Sea Bream for the species Stenotomus chrysops.
