Section 1. Time capsule requirements under United States Semiquincentennial Commission Act of 2016

Section 7(f)(1) of the United States Semiquincentennial Commission Act of 2016 (Public Law 114–196) is amended—

(1) by striking subparagraph (A) and inserting the following:

(A) to be installed in Independence National Historical Park on July 4, 2026; and

(1) ; and

(2) in subparagraph (B), by striking unearthed and inserting opened.
