Section 1. Short titles
This Act may be cited as the Strengthening Tracking Of Poisonous Tranq Requiring Analyzed National Quantification Act of 2024 or the STOP TRANQ Act.
Section 2. International Narcotics Control Strategy Report
Section 489(a)(11) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2291h(a)(11)) is amended—
(1) in subparagraph (A), by inserting, xylazine, after illicit fentanyl; and
(2) in subparagraph (D), by inserting) before the semicolon at the end.
