Section 1. Small Business beneficial ownership reporting extension
Section 5336(b)(1)(B) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by inserting after paragraph (2) the following:, except that any such reporting company that is a small business concern (as defined under section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)) shall submit to FinCEN a report that contains such information during the period beginning on the effective date of the regulations prescribed under this subsection and ending on December 31, 2025.
