Section 1. Aliens who commit certain actions against National Guard

Section 208 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1158) is amended by adding at the end the following:

(f) Prohibited on asylum

Any alien who causes the destruction of any defensive barrier on the United States border or uses force against a member of the National Guard—

(1) shall be ineligible to apply for asylum or any other status; and

(2) shall be subject to expedited removal not later than 72 hours after the alien is apprehended.
