Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Legal Guardianship Inclusion Act.
Section 2. Supplementation of definitions
Section 431(a)(8) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 629a(a)(8)) is amended—
(1) by inserting and legal guardianships before out of the foster care system
(2) by inserting and legal guardianships before promote;
(3) by striking process and inserting and legal guardianship processes; and
(4) by inserting and legal guardianships before the period at the end.
