Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Let American Businesses be On Record Act of 2024 or the LABOR Act of 2024.
Section 2. Regulatory flexibility analysis requirements for the Department of Labor
Section 609(d)(3) of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:
