To authorize NASA to reimburse Chincoteague for drinking water well replacement costs, and for other purposes.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration may enter into agreements, as appropriate, with the Town of Chincoteague, Virginia, for a period of up to five years after the date of the enactment of this Act, to reimburse the costs of the Town of Chincoteague directly associated with the removal of drinking water wells situated on property administered by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the establishment of alternative drinking water wells which are located on property under the administrative control, either through lease, ownership or easement, of the Town of Chincoteague.
