Section 362(b) of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116–283; 10 U.S.C. 7771 note prec.) is amended—

(1) by striking 2021 and inserting 2025; and

(2) by striking $3,000,000 and inserting $1,000,000.
