(a) In general

Executive Order 14072 (87 Fed. Reg. 24851) shall have no force or effect.

(b) Prohibition on implementation

The Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior shall not—

(1) implement, administer, or enforce any rule or regulation issued for the purpose of carrying out Executive Order 14072 (87 Fed. Reg. 24851) or any substantially similar executive order; or

(2) develop, finalize, or issue a rule or regulation for the purpose of carrying out Executive Order 14072 or any substantially similar executive order.

(c) Prohibition on taking proposed actions

The Secretary of Agriculture shall not—

(1) finalize the environmental impact statement No. 20240110 included in the Forest Service notice entitled Land Management Plan Direction for Old-Growth Forest Conditions Across the National Forest System (89 Fed. Reg. 52039 (June 21, 2024)); or

(2) take the proposed actions included in such notice or any substantially similar actions.
