No Passport Fees for Heroes’ Families Act

(1) by redesignating subparagraphs (D) and (E) as subparagraphs (E) and (F), respectively;

(2) by inserting after subparagraph (C) the following new subparagraph:

(D) from a husband, wife, domestic partner, child, parent, grandparent, brother, or sister of a member of the Armed Forces proceeding abroad to visit such member in a hospital or other medical facility;

(2) ; and

(3) in subparagraph (E), as so redesignated, by inserting or after the semicolon.
