Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Child Status Fairness and Modernization Act.
Section 2. Age requirement
Section 201(f)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1151(f)(2)) is amended—
(1) by amending the heading to read as follows: Age requirement in case of parent naturalization.—; and
(2) by striking age of the alien on the date of the parent’s naturalization and inserting the date on which the petition was initially filed.
