Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the ThinkDIFFERENTLY Nutrition and Opportunities Act of 2024.
Section 2. Amendment
Section 5(d)(7) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2014(d)(7)) is amended—
(1) by striking a child who is, and
(2) by striking 17 and inserting 21.
Section 3. Effective date
This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take effect on January 1, 2025.
