Section 1. Cost sharing provisions for the territories and Indian Tribes
Section 1156 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2310) is amended—
(1) in subsection (a), by striking up to $200,000;
(2) in subsection (d), by striking the waiver amount described in subsection (a) and inserting any amount waived under subsection (a); and
(3) by striking subsection (b) and redesignating subsections (c) and (d) as subsections (b) and (c), respectively.
