Increased Accountability for Nonconsensual Pornography Act of 2024

(1) in subsection (a)—

(A) in paragraph (2), by inserting competent, after conscious,; and

(B) in paragraph (5)(A)—

(i) in clause (i), by striking or at the end;

(ii) in clause (ii)—

(I) in subclause (I), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting; or;

(II) in subclause (II), by striking; or and inserting a semicolon; and

(III) by striking subclause (III); and

(iii) by adding at the end the following:

(iii) an identifiable individual engaging in sexually explicit conduct; and

(iii) ; and

(2) in subsection (b)(3)(A)(i), by striking $150,000 and inserting $500,000.
