Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Defunding Unscientific Mask Mandates Act of 2024.
Section 2. No Federal funds To enforce COVID–19 mask mandates
No Federal funds may be used to establish, implement, or enforce any requirement to wear a facial covering to prevent the spread of COVID–19.
