Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Reserve and National Guard Military Leave Enhancement Act.
Section 2. Increase in leave accrual for military service of certain Federal employees
Section 6323(a)(1) of title 5, United States Code, is amended—
(1) by striking 15 days per fiscal year and inserting 30 days per fiscal year; and
(2) by striking until it totals 15 days at the beginning of a fiscal year.
