Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Determining Excessive Funding for the United Nations for Dereliction Act.
Section 2. Ranking report
The Secretary of State shall submit to Congress a report listing each organization of the United Nations, ranked by the manner and extent to which, in the determination of the Secretary of State, such organization is vital to the interests of the United States.
