Banning EPA’s Encroachment on Facilities Act

This Act may be cited as the Banning EPA’s Encroachment on Facilities Act.

The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency may not finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule entitled Clean Water Act Effluent Limitations Guidelines and Standards for the Meat and Poultry Products Point Source Category signed by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency on December 13, 2023, or any substantially similar rule.
