Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Evaluating Financial Impacts of Illegal Immigration Act.
Section 2. Annual reporting on the threat of illegal immigration to financial stability
Section 112(a)(2)(N) of the Financial Stability Act of 2010 (12 U.S.C. 5322(a)(2)(N)) is amended—
(1) in clause (iii), by inserting, including illegal immigration before the semicolon; and
(2) in clause (vi)—
(A) in subclause (II), by striking and at the end;
(B) in subclause (III), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and
(C) by adding at the end the following:
(IV) to mitigate the financial challenges associated with illegal immigration.
