Section 1. Project grant application approval
Section 47107 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
(x) Clarification on unjust discrimination
The Secretary may not consider noise abatement or lead abatement measures to be unjust discrimination for purposes of interpreting assurances for grant applications, operation, or development of an airport under this chapter.
