Platte River Basin Critical Maintenance and Repair Act

(1) in subsection (a)(1)(B)—

(A) by striking the period at the end and inserting; or;

(B) by striking (B) a unit and inserting (B)(i) a unit; and

(C) by adding at the end the following:

(ii) in the case of reserved or transferred works located within the Platte River Basin, the reserved or transferred works had a structural failure in Bureau of Reclamation infrastructure resulting in a declaration of emergency by the applicable State during the 3-year period ending on the date of enactment of this Act.; and

(2) by adding at the end the following:

In addition to amounts otherwise made available to carry out subsection (a), there is authorized to be appropriated to carry out that subsection $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2023, to remain available until expended.
