S. 2763117th CongressSenate Bill

Preserving the MotorCities Heritage Act

Introduced in the SenateDead

This bill died when its Congress ended.

Bills don't carry over between Congresses. Without re-introduction in a new session, it cannot advance.

This bill extends through FY2036 the authority of the Department of the Interior to make grants or furnish technical assistance for the MotorCities National Heritage Area in Michigan. The bill also increases the maximum amount of funding that may be appropriated for the heritage area. Finally, the bill waives, for FY2022-FY2023, the matching funds requirement for the heritage area.
