Expanding Contracting Opportunities for Small Businesses Act of 2021

Section 8(a)(1)(D)(i)(II) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)(1)(D)(i)(II)) is amended—

(1) by striking $7,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000; and

(2) by striking $3,000,000 and inserting $8,000,000.

Section 8(m) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(m)) is amended—

(1) in paragraph (7)(B)—

(A) in clause (i), by striking $7,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000; and

(B) in clause (ii), by striking $4,000,000 and inserting $8,000,000; and

(2) in paragraph (8)(B)—

(A) in clause (i), by striking $7,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000; and

(B) in clause (ii), by striking $4,000,000 and inserting $8,000,000.

Section 31(c)(2)(A)(ii) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 657a(c)(2)(A)(ii)) is amended—

(1) in subclause (I), by striking $7,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000; and

(2) in subclause (II), by striking $3,000,000 and inserting $8,000,000.

Section 36(c)(2)(A) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 657f) is amended—

(1) in subparagraph (A), by striking $7,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000; and

(2) in subparagraph (B), by striking $3,000,000 and inserting $8,000,000.

Section 8127(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking $5,000,000 and inserting the dollar thresholds under section 36(c)(2)(A) of the Small Business Act.
